Camellia oil is a natural product commonly used by Samurai to help
prevent rust and corrosion on their swords and high-grade knives, so has a long history of use.
 
Since it is an odorless non-drying oil, it is also ideal for lubrication and rust prevention of
sewing machines, precision machinery, storing cooking knives, bonsai and carpentry tools.
Many bonsai growers also use Camellia oil to help restore lustre to their bonsai pots,
and give them a new life.
 
After you finish working on your bonsai or other plants and trees, wipe your tools with
Camellia oil using a lint-free cloth to prevent rust.
 
** Although you should not use it directly on trees, it will not harm them.
